By accessing, downloading, or using Leadchap ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

• Users under 13 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using the Platform
• We reserve the right to request age verification at any time
• Accounts found to be operated by minors will be immediately terminated

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information
• You may not create multiple accounts, use false information, or impersonate others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Posting illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory content
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating your affiliation
• Uploading viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Spamming, phishing, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's functionality
• Collecting or harvesting any information about other users
• Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Sharing, creating, distributing, or soliciting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Grooming, predatory behavior, or inappropriate communication with minors
• Any form of child exploitation, endangerment, or sexualization of minors
• Content that depicts or promotes harm to minors

Enforcement Actions:

• Immediate and permanent account termination for CSAE violations
• Mandatory reporting to the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP)
• Reporting to the Nigeria Police Force - Anti-Human Trafficking Unit
• Full cooperation with law enforcement investigations
• Preservation of evidence as required by law

Content Ownership and License:

• You retain ownership of all content you create, post, or upload to Leadchap
• By posting content, you grant Leadchap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, distribute, modify, and adapt your content
• This license is for the purpose of operating, developing, and promoting the Platform
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you post
• You are solely responsible for the content you post and the consequences of posting it

Content Standards:

• Content must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Content must not infringe on any third-party rights
• Content must not contain malicious code or harmful elements
• You agree not to post content that violates our Community Guidelines

• All Platform content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, and source code, is the property of Leadchap
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission
• The Leadchap name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without authorization
• You grant Leadchap the right to use your username and content for promotional purposes

Leadchap reserves the right to:

• Monitor, review, and moderate all user-generated content
• Remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws
• Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
• Cooperate with legal authorities and comply with legal requests

Reporting Mechanism:

• Users can report inappropriate content through in-app reporting features
• All reports are reviewed by our moderation team promptly
• We investigate all reports of policy violations thoroughly
• We maintain transparency in our moderation processes where possible

Leadchap provides various features including but not limited to:

• Lead Choice (posts with multiple options)
• Lead Challenges (competitive content submissions)
• Lead Rewards (time-based engagement with prizes)
• Lead Marketplace (buyer-seller connections)
• Commenting, liking, and social interactions

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove these features.

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• You may terminate your account at any time through Platform settings
• Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases
• We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with your access to and use of the Platform is described in ourPrivacy Policy.

• We implement security measures to protect your information
• We may collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy

Leadchap respects intellectual property rights and follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) procedures.

To file a copyright infringement notification:

• Identify the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Provide the allegedly infringing material's location on Leadchap
• Include your contact information and a statement of good faith belief

Leadchap may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notices, email, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Leadchap
• You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent
